Terms of Service & Hardware Agreement

EFFECTIVE DATE: JANUARY 1, 2026 | BINDING CONTRACT

Please read these Terms of Service thoroughly before purchasing, testing, or operating the HydraShell wearable hydration system or browsing buzzpocketloopstr.homes. By navigating this website or placing a commercial order, you agree to be bound unconditionally by these terms between you and Buzzpocketloopstr Labs Inc. (Company No. 14920482).

1. General Scope and Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province. You agree not to use HydraShell equipment or intellectual property for any unlawful or hazardous tactical operations.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, technical diagrams, 3D interactive models, code scripts, graphic user interfaces, brand identifiers, the HydraShell name, HydroMatrix™ trademark, and ultrasonic welding configurations are the exclusive intellectual property of Buzzpocketloopstr Labs Inc.

3. Product Safety & Safe Operating Procedures

HydraShell is engineered specifically as a human beverage and water transport jacket for endurance athletics, trail running, ski-mountaineering, and hiking. The following rules govern safe operational usage:

Liquid Compatibility: Only fill the reservoirs with potable water, non-carbonated electrolyte sports beverages, or diluted nutritional liquids. Never fill with boiling liquids exceeding 65°C, petroleum distillates, corrosive chemicals, or toxic fluids.
Sanitization Protocol: Clean the micro-fluidic chambers immediately following use with sugary electrolyte solutions.
Freezing Limits: While the shell remains flexible down to -25°C, do not freeze completely sealed, 100% filled reservoirs without leaving at least 10% thermal expansion space.

4. 5-Year Limited Puncture & Seam Warranty

Buzzpocketloopstr Labs Inc. provides a comprehensive 5-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturer defects, seam delamination, and valve failure:

Covered: High-Frequency Ultrasonic Weld leaks, zipper membrane de-bonding, magnetic collar bite valve failures, and material degradation during normal sports usage.
Not Covered: Intentional blade punctures, animal bites, contact with open flames, or harsh solvent exposure.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any legal claim or dispute shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts situated in Boulder County, Colorado.
